Booked an eyelash lift & tint with Mali for my girlfriend as a surprise. Firstly, she didn’t even do the service. She had someone that she was training (I use that term loosely) do them. I specifically booked with Mali and had to wait for an appointment to open for days. She wasn’t even overseeing her trainee and allowed her lashes to be completely over processed. Her lashes are so frayed and tangled that they literally curl into her eyelid. When my girlfriend went in to show her and possibly find a resolution, Mali was rude, dismissive, and worst of all refused to even look at her lashes. I was shocked to hear how my girlfriend was treated by the owner of the business. It’s one thing to destroy someone’s eyelashes but it’s a whole other thing to degrade someone and act like it’s how their eyelashes are supposed to look when they are clearly fried. Be warned that all positive reviews are incentivized with a discount for next service. Avoid this place like the plague.

Alejandra @Fleeked Beauty was AMAZING. By far the best eyelash service I have ever had! So professional, thoughtful, thorough and the quality of her work is second to none. Adorable spot, clean, relaxing space and VERY friendly staff. I am seasonal in Florida and wished she was back in my hometown!!!!
